Saturday, June 8th | 2:00 PM
Parade starts at Wisconsin Ave and Oneida St
The annual event is always held on the second Saturday in June. Fox Cities citizens have honored “Old Glory” since 1950, making the Appleton Flag Day Parade the nation’s oldest. This celebration annually attracts hundreds of participants and more than 50,000 spectators to Appleton.

The Parade begins at 2:00 PM at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and N. Oneida Street. The route travels west down W. Wisconsin Avenue to N. State Street, south on N. State Street to W. College Avenue. At W. College Avenue the parade travels east and ends at Drew Street. The Appleton Flag Day Parade has been broadcast on WFRV TV5 since 1989.
The event is organized by the Appleton Parade Committee, a group of dedicated community volunteers. Follow the City of Appleton Parades on Facebook. for news and updates on this year’s event.
