Woodeye's Bar and Grill, 700 West Main Street, Winneconne, WI 54986, USA
Austin’s loved ones want to honor him while giving back as well. He loved sports, so we naturally thought a tournament of some sort. Woodeye's and their volleyball courts came to mind! We started with an idea and hit the ground running.
Our goal is to give back and raise awareness to suicide at the same time. We knew right away that we wanted to donate our profits to HOOAH of WI. Not only do they honor veterans who've passed from suicide, but they help try to prevent it by providing them with the proper resources.
Our first year with this event we were able to raise over $6000 to donate to the Hooah!
We will be having a 6-person team (no more males than females) tournament at Woodeye's in Winneconne starting at10 AM. There will be a short meeting before we start and waivers to sign the morning of the event. Teams will play for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes.
We will be having a BOUNCE HOUSE for all the kids to enjoy with parental supervision, basket raffles, and 50/50 raffles.
ALL PROFITS WILL GO TO THE HOOAH OF WI.
